Laying out a simple blog page: the promo block

Note that we did not fix the height of the row in which the site header is located. The header contains a menu in which we can increase the number of items, which in turn will change the height of the block.

Let’s assign a fixed height to the next row. The row includes a promo block with an image, and this grid item will occupy two columns of the grid. Do not be alarmed by the fixed row height. We can allow such an odd setting, since right now this row only contains a block with an image, and there is no text in it, so the height of this block can remain unchanged. Everything will be fine.

    1. Add another two rows to the .index-grid block grid: let the first have an automatic size, let the second be 200px in size,
    2. and then assign the grid item coordinates for column grid lines 1 to 3 for the .promo block.
